The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified within a particular promotion. mpo383 does not charge processing fees for standard MYR deposits via local payment methods; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees.
All deposit funds are subject to standard account verification checks. mpo383 reserves the right to delay crediting a deposit pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming on the Platform and may not be transferred to other users or used as a currency exchange mechanism.
Payment Ownership: You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts (accounts belonging to other individuals) will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be made once KYC verification has been successfully completed on your account. Withdrawals are processed in MYR to the same payment method(s) used for deposits, subject to availability and verification.

mpo383 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance (non-bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding compliance review, provided no evidence of fraud, abuse, or breach has been substantiated. Bonus balances and associated winnings arising from promotional funds are non-refundable in the event of account closure due to Terms breach.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo383 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming sessions, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
mpo383 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. The Company accepts no liability for downtime, technical failures, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to server failures, internet disruptions, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mpo383's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall be limited to the total value of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
All content on the mpo383 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, audio, video, game assets, trademarks, and the mpo383 brand name and logo, is the property of mpo383 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mpo383.
mpo383 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active Players via the Platform interface or registered contact email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which mpo383 holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and mpo383, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the Platform's official support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution authority specified by mpo383's licensing body.
Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
